Recruitment Information

Our program is committed to ensuring an equitable and transparent recruitment process for our applicants. To 
ensure this, we:

  • Utilize a holistic approach to reviewing applications, seeking future colleagues whose experiences and
    strength reflect our program values of excellence, diversity & inclusion, compassion & community, curiosity
    and resilience.
  • Utilize virtual recruitment and standardized behavioral interview questions to reduce bias.
  • Never invite more applications than the number of interview spots we can honor.
  • Require all faculty participating in recruitment to undergo additional bias prevention training.
  • Do NOT use attendance at optional open houses or other on-site opportunities in interview for ranking decisions.
  • Do NOT sponsor externships/ observerships.

We are excited to begin downloading completed applications for review on Thursday, September 28, 2023.

We will extend our first round of invitations by the morning of Tuesday, October 3, 2023.  A limited number of additional invitations may be extended throughout the season as availability arises.

Virtual information and mingle sessions will commence the week of November 6th and will be scheduled for Monday evenings to be followed by virtual interviews on specific Tuesday and Thursday morning and afternoons between November 7, 2023 and January 11, 2024.
